Overview
The Computer Programming Specialist Database Certificate prepares individuals for initial employment as a computer programmer specialist or database administrator, or for a career in other specialized areas in the information technology industry. The content includes analyzing business situations to design, develop and write computer programs with an emphasis on databases.
This certificate program contains the core curriculum of the Associate in Science (AS) in Computer Systems and Business Analysis degree program. Credits earned toward this certificate can also be applied to the AS degree.
